Executives Gather to Celebrate Launch of New Napco Learning Institute in Jeddah

Napco launched a new branch of Napco Learning Institute (NLI) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to keep employees up-to-date with the latest technical developments.


Under the supervision of Napco executives and support of the Human Resources (HR), Construction, and IT teams, the Learning & Development Unit set up on 4 May 2014 a new branch of the Napco Learning Institute for employees located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The new learning institute will contribute to the company’s growth by exposing Napco employees to continuous formations and trainings.  


Similar to Napco Learning Institute in Dammam, established in 2012, the Jeddah institute curriculum includes courses in computer skills, basic computations and metrics, English, technical jargon and terminologies, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. The institute will also provide courses in safety and security, firefighting guidelines and practice, and 5S principles. In addition, it will offer specific workshops targeting other developmental opportunities for employees in Jeddah plants and integrate interesting visits from various business units to expose employees to different lines of business in Napco.

About Napco Learning Institute in Jeddah Opening Ceremony

INDEVCO Flexible Packaging Division and Napco top executives, as well as Napco Learning Institute trainers and employees from manufacturing plants in Saudi Arabia, gathered to inaugurate the opening ceremony of Napco Learning Institute in Jeddah. During the ceremony, Frem welcomed attendees and shared the institute’s mission and achieved successes in Dammam. He stressed on the group’s commitment to develop the workforce.

Fakihi discussed the importance of Napco Learning Institute to all Napco employees in Jeddah, while Mussaed highlighted the discipline and commitment required in order to achieve targets, as well as introduced the course  program. Trainers, Joseph Maatouk,  Abdelazim  Elshazly,  and Georges Farah, also covered the technical, English, and computer skills programs respectively.
