Fam Increases Breast Cancer Awareness Through ‘Laki Ya Ghaliya’ Campaign

In line with Breast Cancer Awareness month, Fam & Zahra launch ‘Laki Ya Ghaliya’ campaign in Saudi Arabia offering awareness education throughout October 2012.

 

Fam by Napco Consumer, a leading disposable feminine hygiene brand in the Middle East, joins Zahra for the third consecutive year in its mission to educate women on the importance of early detection and activism in spreading awareness.

Fam & Zahra Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign 2012
 
As part of the campaign, Fam and Zahra will meet women at booths in malls throughout Saudi Arabia to empower women with educational and preventive tips. Furthermore, the campaign will  also target universities to inform young ladies about the disease, help them take necessary precautions, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
 
Zahra Pink House will also rotate between different malls and centers to educate women and increase breast cancer awareness.

Early detection is a key to survival, through learning about breast cancer symptoms and risks, as well as conducting self-test, mammographies or 3D echographies regularly.
