During Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Fam® teamed up with Zahra Breast Cancer Association to educate women in Saudi Arabia on the importance of early detection.
For the fourth consecutive year, Fam® feminine hygiene brand, produced by Napco, has sponsored Zahra Breast Cancer Association’s campaign in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This year’s theme, ‘Life is Waiting for You’, educated women on how to perform breast self-exams and explained the role of annual mammograms in saving lives.
‘Life is Waiting for You’ Campaign
Zahra and Fam® launched the ‘Life is Waiting for You’ campaign by setting up booths at shopping centers across Saudi Arabia. In addition to distributing breast self-exam shower cards, representatives provided women with educational and preventive tips, promoted activism in spreading awareness, and encouraged a healthy lifestyle.
