Interstate Container will join fellow Coalition for Resource Recovery (CoRR) members at the upcoming installment of Global Green USA’s ‘Follow that Box’ Tours to Belle Glade, in Florida on April 16, 2013. Representing Interstate Container, Jeff Cormier, National Sales and Marketing Manager, will meet farmers from Pioneer Growers, Wilkinson-Cooper Produce, Inc, and Hugh H Branch in South Florida.
Global Green’s ‘Follow that Box’ initiative helps designers and producers of recyclable packaging take a deeper look into farmer packaging needs, taking into account produce cooling process and meeting environmental requirements. As a manufacturer of innovative recyclable wax-free corrugated packaging, Interstate Container joined Global Green USA and other environmentally-aware businesses to establish CoRR in 2009. CoRR focuses on finding solutions to transform waste into resources, while generating business value.
