On 27 May 2012, Napco, in collaboration with Organizational Effectiveness Learning and Development Unit, inaugurated its new learning institute based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The new learning institute, headed by Hisham Quraish, provides employees with the learning opportunities which will add value to their working environment.
The institute’s curriculum includes courses in computer skills, English, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, as well as occasional courses in technical jargon and terminologies, safety and security and 5S principles. In addition, the institute will offer specific workshops targeting other developmental opportunities.
About Napco Learning Institute Opening Ceremony
Thirty executives from Napco Saudi manufacturing plants attended the opening ceremony, including Owners, Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, Area General Managers, General Managers, Corporate and Divisional HR Managers, as well as Divisional Managers.
The event commenced with a presentation about Napco Group and its affiliates. The first group of twenty-two Napco employees to train at the institute were present at the opening and became acquainted with classrooms and training providers prior to commencing classes.
