On June 1, 2016, students from universities all around Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia gathered at the General Union of Arab Chambers in Lebanon where industry and country representatives presented awards to the winners of the 400 entries.
UNIPAK Operations Manager Mr. Hadi Darwiche presented the UNIPAK creative award to Miss Dina Aoun from the Rafik Hariri University (RHU) who created a lamp made of corrugated cardboard.
Of the other awards offered this year were the first, second, and third awards for each country in each of the structural and visual design categories, the ‘Pan Arab’ award, and the ‘Save the Food’ sustainability award.
