Masterpak will participate in ‘Cultivate14: AmericanHort’, which will take place from 12 – 15 July 2014, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio, the United States. At the event, the polyethylene (PE) films producer will promote greenhouse covers, mulch films and silage films at Stand #2354.
Masterpak will exhibit agriculture and horticulture films including:
- Greenhouse covers: three-layer co-extruded plastic polyethylene (PE) sheeting used for covering vegetables, flower and fruit crops. Regular and thermal covers can be customized for different climates and special uses. This product is also known for its strength and long durability.
- Mulch films: co-extruded mulching film used to improve fresh produce growth, yield and quality. Plastic mulch could be formed from up to three layers.
- Silage films: multi-layered bunker cover film that serves in protecting livestock forage stored in silage pits and bunkers. The PE film also keeps animal food fresh, promotes lactic fermentation and prevents the harmful acetic and butyric fermentation. It is known for resistance to perforation and impact.
Walid Boustany, INDEVCO Flexible Packaging Division Export Representative, and Rany Sfeir, Masterpak Market Manager of Agriculture Films, will represent Masterpak and INDEVCO Flexible Packaging Division at the American exposition and discuss market opportunities with international retailers.
