Interstate Container to Attend Mississippi Poultry Show 2012

Interstate Container representatives will attend the 75th Annual Mississippi Poultry Association Convention on 14-15 September 2012 at the Hilton Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Destin, Florida.

Jeff Cormier, Interstate Container National Sales & Manager, and Scott Caldwell, New Business Development Manager, will attend. Interstate Container produces Greencoat® wax-replacement corrugated boxes, which are FBA-certified 100% recyclable, repulpable and compostable. Cormier explains,

“Interstate Container’s newest poultry box facility in Columbia, SC is a stepping stone for us into the deep South. We now supply wax-free poultry boxes in both Alabama and Mississippi and have a large warehousing operation in Hattiesburg, MS. We are proud to serve the Mississippi poultry market and have plans to expand our business and operations
further in the state. In addition to wax-alternative boxes, Interstate Container also runs three wax box lines in two facilities.

This show allows us to meet the key people from all the great poultry producers in Mississippi. Scott Caldwell and I are proud to attend the event and represent Interstate Container.”
