INDEVCO collaborated with Project Watan Jbeil and supported the ‘Turtle Project’ initiated by Caroline Chaptini by providing plastic bottles and caps gathered at the Group’s business units across Lebanon.

Some INDEVCO employees, across divisions, joined the Turtle event held on Saturday 20 May 2023 at Boulevard Amchit, Jbeil, from 12 p.m. till 2 p.m. to sort plastic bottle caps by color to assemble in the sea turtle structure.

This project initiated by Chaptini, winner of 5 Guinness records, aims to gather one million plastic packages and five hundred thousand colored plastic layers to preserve nature. Later, bottles and caps will be donated for recycling to fund Kids First Association, which provides medical care for children suffering from cancer and blood disorders.

This campaign also aligns with INDEVCO’s sustainability commitment to reduce plastic waste, increase recycling, and protect the environment as well as the community.
