Spotlight on Wellbeing: INDEVCO Organizes Lymphoma Awareness Session

As part of its ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing and health awareness, the Global Communications and Sustainability Department at INDEVCO organized an educational session on Lymphoma on Thursday, 11 September at the INDEVCO HQ in Zouk Mosbeh.

The session hosted Dr. Maroun Sadek, Head of the Oncology-Hematology Department at Geitaoui Hospital, as guest speaker. Dr. Sadek provided employees with valuable insights into lymphoma, including its early signs, risk factors, treatment options, and the importance of timely medical consultation. Employees from across all INDEVCO divisions attended the session, engaging in discussions and raising questions to deepen their understanding of the disease.

This is the second time INDEVCO welcomes Dr. Sadek to share cancer insights during an interactive session for employees. In 2024, INDEVCO held a breast cancer awareness session with Dr. Sadek in October to support women’s wellbeing.

This initiative reflects INDEVCO’s strong commitment to promoting wellbeing in the workplace by raising awareness on critical health issues and encouraging preventive healthcare practices. Through such initiatives, INDEVCO continues to support its employees not only professionally, but also personally, by nurturing a culture of health, knowledge, and care.
