At INDEVCO Group in general, and INDEVCO Supply Chain (ISC) in particular, our approach to social responsibility and community support was never tied to a single initiative. It was built over time, shaped by a shared understanding across business units that meaningful impact comes from showing up, listening, and contributing where it counts.

One recent real-life example of this approach took place during the Easter period, when team members across ISC came together to support elderly members of the community through a focused, hands-on initiative.

The effort cantered on providing essential medical supplies and improving mobility through the distribution and maintenance of wheelchairs. These contributions addressed immediate, everyday challenges, helping individuals move more comfortably, maintain independence, and navigate daily life with greater ease.

The positive impact of this initiative was made possible by the employees who chose to take part: those who contributed their time, effort, and compassion. For many employees involved, the experience was shaped by time spent with residents, sharing conversations, listening to personal stories, and simply being present. Moments like these are often best understood through the people who experienced them firsthand:

“I was deeply touched and felt truly blessed to be part of this meaningful experience”, said Roger, an ISC team member who played a key role in supporting wheelchair maintenance, helping extend their usability, and contributing to long-term support.

Highlighted by Mr. Wissam Sayegh, HR & Admin Manager at ISC, our mindset to community support is deeply connected to the legacy of the group’s founder, the late Mr. Georges Frem, who believed that “What is good for the community is good for the company.”

As ISC continues to build on this philosophy, initiatives like this remain an important part of a larger, ongoing commitment: one that prioritizes people, responds to real needs, and stays closely connected to the communities it serves.
