InfoPro Research’s brand tracking survey confirms Sanita as number one recognized brand in Lebanon. The disposables manufacturer received the First Lebanese Brand Recognition Award, demonstrating strong market position and high brand recognition. The nationwide survey covered products and services in all major sectors and sub-sectors, measuring two main variables: recall and brand reputation.

About InfoPro Research Survey
InfoPro Research, business and economic research firm for Lebanese and Arab markets, conducted a nationwide study to define leading Lebanese product and service brands in the local market. The survey consisted of two telephone-based assessments (CATI) with a sample of 1,000 households, representative of the adult population in demographic factors of: geographical location, age, and gender distribution.
The market study aimed to test brand name recall and reputation to:
- Select top 100 Lebanese brands
- Identify top 25 and rank top 10 brands accordingly
In the first survey, InfoPro Research requested from respondents to name the first brand that comes to mind (top-of-mind recall) to compile the list of most recalled brands. The second survey generated the top 100 brands by testing awareness among Lebanese citizens of the listed brands without reference to a specific sector (aided-recall).
InfoPro Research determined the top 10 brands by rating their reputation for each response according to the following assessment scale: negative (-1), neutral (0) and positive (+1).
