Neemat Frem speaks about the growth of multinational INDEVCO Group, as well as the development of his career, during a personal interview with Entrepreneur Levant magazine. The interview took place at Frem’s residence in Koleyat on 23 June 2012.
In the interview, Frem discusses the establishment of INDEVCO Group and the difficulties faced during the Lebanese civil war. He shares the ins and outs of developing a successful multinational organization and offers tips and advice for start-up businesses.
Frem highlights the family-centered corporate philosophy and values developed by his father and late INDEVCO founder, Georges N. Frem. Furthermore, he explains how these values provide the building blocks for what INDEVCO Group is today. Frem focuses on the importance of R&D and innovation and how, although an entrepreneur, engineering remains his hobby.
