Rotopak, the printed flexible and paperboard packaging solutions manufacturer, held a blood donation campaign for its employees, customers, and suppliers on 3 January 2023 in cooperation with the Dubai Blood Donation Center under Dubai Health Authority aegis, at Rotopak offices in the UAE.
103 participants volunteered to donate blood during the drive. The donation center collected 86 units during this campaign and raised awareness of the importance and benefits of blood donation in the community.
Rotopak conducted this blood drive for the first time as part of its on-going health and wellness campaign and in line with mother company INDEVCO’s commitment to supporting the community and promoting UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 3 for Good Health and Wellbeing.

Being the main blood donation center in Dubai, the Dubai Health Authority’s Blood Donation Center (DBDC) is committed to providing a safe and adequate supply of blood to all DHA hospitals & private hospitals in the city. DBDC is accredited by the American Association of Blood Bank (AABB) and is accountable for collecting around 50% of the total blood collected throughout the country.
