Marking six decades of dedication to social commitment and excellence, UNIPAK brought together its entire team for a milestone celebration that honored both the past and the people who made it possible.
Held at Le Royaume restaurant, the commemorative evening welcomed team members from every corner of the company, joined by INDEVCO President & CEO Neemat Frem, CFO Fadi Freiha, COO Elias Esta, and the entire INDEVCO Paper Containers and UNIPAK leadership team. The dinner was a powerful tribute to the journey that began in 1965 and evolved into a regional success story built on expertise, commitment, and collective purpose.
A Night That Honored Every Chapter of the UNIPAK Story
The venue itself was transformed into more than a celebration space. It became a living museum of UNIPAK’s legacy. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by a custom-designed memory wall, curated to showcase key milestones, historic photos, and defining achievements from the company’s 60-year timeline.
Team members gathered in front of the Wall of Fame to take photos, exchange memories, and reflect on the shared principles that have shaped UNIPAK’s culture: resilience, innovation, and unity.
Leadership That Inspires Forward Momentum
The evening featured deeply moving speeches from our leadership team, including INDEVCO’s President & CEO Neemat Frem and UNIPAK’s General Manager Hadi Darwiche, both of whom spoke with heartfelt conviction about the journey, legacy, and values that define INDEVCO Group and UNIPAK.
UNIPAK’s General Manager, Hadi Darwiche, reflected on the company’s beginnings, noting:
“Sixty years ago, we laid the first stone of UNIPAK, not only physically, but in vision, values, and philosophy. UNIPAK is not just a company; it’s a school that has shaped generations.”
He emphasised the resilience of the team and the importance of preserving core values, concluding:
“Our success has always been, and will always be, built on people, values, and a shared purpose. We promise to pass this torch on to future generations.”
President & CEO Neamat Frem honoured the legacy of the Group’s founders and the collective spirit that carried the company forward.
“You, the employees, are the torchbearers of UNIPAK. You carry its values not just within the company, but into your homes and communities.”
He spoke of the challenges UNIPAK has faced and overcome, adding:
“The hard times we lived through together proved that nothing can stop us when we stand united. We are one family, capable of achieving anything.”
