As part of INDEVCO Group’s ongoing strategy for regional growth and industrial expansion, CEO Neemat Frem, accompanied by INDEVCO Paper Making President Imad Issa El Khoury, visited the tissue mill at Interstate Paper Industries (IPI) in Egypt on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, for a productive day focused on operational excellence, strategic alignment, and future development opportunities.
IPI, INDEVCO Paper Making Division’s manufacturing company in Egypt, plays a vital role in supporting the group’s integrated tissue operations across the region. As a key contributor within the tissue manufacturing value chain, the mill is instrumental in ensuring the consistent production of high-quality jumbo reels that support the broader tissue converting industry.
The visit included a comprehensive tour of the plant, where Mr. Frem closely observed manufacturing processes and engaged with employees across multiple departments. Tissue mills remain essential to maintaining supply continuity, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency amid growing regional demand for hygiene and tissue products.
During the visit, Mr. Frem also met with the administrative staff, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and employee engagement, before holding strategic discussions with the management team regarding business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
The day concluded with a visit to the newly acquired land and the soon-to-be inaugurated roundabout sponsored by the company. The initiative reflects IPI’s commitment to sustainable development, community support, and long-term value creation in the region.
