During the GLC 2022, held at USEK on December 29th under the motto “Time to Consolidate”, INDEVCO Chairman and CEO Neemat Frem shared the main guidelines for consolidating the group’s growth, pinpointing the need to create value for both the company and its people by internally harnessing our hidden potential and tools, adopting business intelligence, implementing synergy and optimizing our hiring capabilities. Our CEO also emphasized that consolidation doesn’t in any way mean fighting less but rather creating our own competition. Finally, he praised the group’s resilience throughout the past years and expressed his positive expectations for the future.
