INDEVCO’s Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD) Recruitment Unit organized the INDEVCO Recruits Day on 14 June 2019. The full-day event brought together all new 2018 recruits from across business units in Lebanon on a collaborative hike at Jabal Moussa in Lebanon, followed by a lunch gathering at the Cliff Camp.
This initiative, an evolution of 2018 INDEVCO Recruits Gathering with CEO, engages new employees and instills the corporate collective culture and guiding value of family spirit. The event focused on bond-building between employees and integration in INDEVCO family and aligns with the group’s commitment to UN Sustainable Development Goal – SDG 8 for providing quality and inclusive work for all.
