On 16 March 2018, Wissam Moubarak, VP of Human Resources & Organizational Development, introduced the new employees to the different INDEVCO companies around the world. Neemat Frem, CEO, then addressed the new personnel about the importance of each and every employee in the INDEVCO family.
He started his speech by highlighting INDEVCO’s seven core values and their significance in driving the business forward. A question and answer session followed between the team and Frem where employees voiced their concerns and questions for the CEO.
Frem described how the employees constitute INDEVCO’s big family and remain the backbone of the group. He also explained how he sees, in the face of every new member, the progress and journey of the company, thirty years from now.
