Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA) 2020 shortlists INDEVCO, multinational manufacturing group, among the top 3 finalists in “Customer Experience (CX) Professional of the Year” category.
The Gulf Customer Experience Awards recognises business excellence, particularly focusing on customer experience.
The final scoring and awards ceremony will take place at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai on 18 February 2020, where INDEVCO Customer Experience Management (CXM) team will present initiatives and achievements to an expert panel of independent judges. At the end of the ceremony, judges will announce the “CX Professional of the Year” winner.
According to Maya Khalifeh, INDEVCO Customer Experience Manager, “This is a recognition of the dedication and innovation INDEVCO demonstrated in the customer experience area over the past year, and a chance to celebrate the teamwork that made it possible”.
