The GCXA recognized INDEVCO for its innovation, dedication to, and achievements in customer experience during the awards ceremony at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai on 18 February 2020. GCXA named INDEVCO the “CX Professional of the Year” winner from among the two other finalists Capita Dubai Limited and Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone.
Prior to the award ceremony, 200 customer experience professionals gathered at the hotel to compete for a coveted series of prizes and share experiences, best practices, trends and innovative ideas in the world of customer experience.
Finalists presented to the judges an engaging 15-minute pitch which summarized a complex range of working practices and answered following panel questions. Companies networked with a diverse range of business leaders from all sectors of the economy to share valuable insights on customer experience.
