Central Impression Printing Upgrade: A Step Towards Pre-Print Troubleshooting Solutions
Phoenix Machinery upgrades and renovates flexographic print-machines by switching from Control Cards System to Modular Siemens System.
Phoenix Machinery, Lebanese-machine manufacturer, installs the Central Impression printing upgrade for paper and plastic raw material, at British Polythene Industries (BPI), polyethylene (PE) manufacturer, in Indupac, Netherlands.
Phoenix machinery also implemented the new upgraded system successfully in Europe and Saudi Arabia, ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as on-time delivery.
Advantages of the Central Impression Printing Upgrade
The Central Impression printing upgrade provides pre-print technologies, facing obsolescence problems due to non-availability of new Central Processing Unit (CPU) cards, with:
- A robust system, allowing the maintenance team to reduce shutdown time for changing damaged devices
- Long life spare parts
- Quicker new job order setup, due to designating a frequency convertor for each motor of the print unit
- Flexibility to change any existing function to accommodate modifications required by the customer
