Phoenix Energy recently unveiled its latest wooden frame house residential project in le Plateau de Bakish. Phoenix Energy completed the turnkey project, from concept and design to manufacturing and construction, in 5 months. The project encompasses a 270 sqm triplex wooden frame house and 14 KWp on grid Photovoltalic (PV) power system.
The wooden house offers an environmentally-friendly residential haven using sustainable wood material. With a PV power system installed on the roof, the green home is equipped to be fully autonomous in electrical production, thus reducing fuel consumption.
Bakish Project Specifications
The Bakish wooden frame house offers proper insulation to reflect humidity and keep the home warm in the winters. Built with American wood, the Bakish wooden house includes double-layer inner and outer walls, fire-resistant gypsum insulation for walls, roof, and flooring, formaldehyde-free Oriented Strand Boards (OSB) wooden panels, top-class German-made heat reflecting humidity barrier and highly-breathing water barrier.
Technical specifications of outer finishing include; double-glass windows, wooden windows shutters and doors, colored aluminum window frame, clay roof tiles, and rainwater gutter system.
