Rabih Osta participated in ‘Advanced Technical Training for Hygienic Production Plant’ conferencefrom 16 – 18 September 2014, at Chateau Arnoux, La Bonne Etape in Provence France. Osta presented ‘Phoenix Machinery: From a Local Player to an International Star’ to inform attendees on the contributing factors to successful business growth for machinery manufacturers serving the hygiene converting industry.
Osta commenced the presentation by discussing mother company INDEVCO Group’s global presence and overall structure. During the presentation, Osta highlighted value analysis/value engineering which focuses on how to ensure efficiency and functionality of machineries produced. The presentation highlighted Phoenix Group member companies, teams, and product portfolio, as well as shed light on the value analysis process within the company and quality management systems in place.
Osta also presented attendees with ‘Case study: Impact of the Geographical Location on the Cost of Production’ sharing the details of a specific project to properly transform theory into proven results. Osta closed the presentation by focusing on the certificates acquired by Phoenix Group as well as important partnerships and strategic alliances.
