The event was an opportunity to network and foster relationships among employees across the division after a 2-year hiatus caused by the pandemic, and a chance for new IFP members to build new relationships. Trophies celebrating seniority achievements varying from 10 to 40 years were also distributed during the event to more than 100 team members.
Sarkis Dagher, IFP Executive Vice President, said: “Every one of us has an important role in achieving organizational objectives. Together we can accomplish great things. I want to thank you all for the hard work and commitment you’ve shown over the past year. Our combined strength is what makes us a successful company.”
Mr. Dagher also congratulated the top-level managers for their endless effort and success throughout the year 2022, while motivating them to achieve 2023 goals through consolidation and optimization across the division, to be able to face the foreseen global economic crisis, and the prevailing situation worldwide, especially in Lebanon.
