Third party auditing body, Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), assessed Interstate Inks’s documentation and management system in line with requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and confirmed that the manufacturer has no major or minor non-conformities in terms of documentation.
The audit was conducted at Interstate Inks premises in Hosrayel, Lebanon on October 27.
The certification project started in January 2016, managed by INDEVCO Flexible Packaging division’s Process Improvement Department (PID) team.
