Consistent with INDEVCO’s commitment to youth empowerment, Chairman & CEO, Neemat G. Frem, met with 100 interns on 1 August 2018 at INDEVCO Zouk Mosbeh offices in Lebanon. During the gathering, organized by INDEVCO HROD Recruitment Unit, Frem shared his experience with the students and introduced the group’s structure, corporate culture and values. Frem stressed how its qualified and hard-working teams stand as pillars to INDEVCO’s success over the past six decades.
Frem emphasized the importance of coupling education and theory with hands-on experience through practical training. Frem also provided insight into INDEVCO 2018 developments, successes, and projected annual growth. Students engaged with the CEO during an open Q&A session at the end of the meeting.
