INDEVCO Hosts Plant Tours for Lebanese American University Engineering Students

On 23 January 2017, 15 LAU mechanical and electrical engineering students toured UNIPAK, corrugated packaging converter, and Phoenix, machinery and energy solutions provider, in Halat and Safra, Lebanon. The tour familiarized students with INDEVCO’s local manufacturing operations, product range, target sectors, and machineries.

LAU Outreach and Civic Engagement Unit organized the corporate visit with INDEVCO Recruitment Unit and INDEVCO Learning and Development Unit. Support of LAU’s Outreach and Corporate Visits (OCV) Program falls within INDEVCO’s social sustainability objective to provide industry leadership and support to Lebanon’s universities.
