As of July 2012, United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) approved Phoenix Energy, located in Safra, Lebanon, as a supplier of environmentally-friendly biomass boilers and solar water heaters, as well as other renewable energy solutions. In addition to eco-friendly water and domestic heating systems, Phoenix Energy supplies solar outdoor lights, weather centre data loggers, and wind turbine systems.
