INDEVCO Paper Making to Exhibit Customized Recycled & Virgin Jumbo Tissue Rolls at Tissue World Dusseldorf 2023

During the show, INDEVCO Paper Making, a leading manufacturer of jumbo tissue rolls in Middle East and North Africa, will showcase its tailor-made Virgin and Recycled Jumbo Tissue Rolls made of premium quality, high absorbency, superior softness and wet strength qualities. Tissue converters from Europe, Middle East and Africa may request specific technical features customized to their needs for converting toilet tissue, facial tissue, kitchen paper towel, and paper napkin.

INDEVCO Paper Making executives will also highlight new tissue industry trends, best practices and share insights about the global tissue market. IPM team will also address effective strategies to support its clients and partners in uncertain times. IPM tissue mills leverage on decades of expertise, customization, and customer-centered solutions.

This edition of the leading tissue exhibition will be the first Tissue World exhibition in Europe since the start of the pandemic.

Water Management

IPM has reduced its freshwater consumption by undertaking initiatives, such as installing clarification equipment, thus enabling higher degree of water re-circulation.

Recycling

IPM produces recycled tissue paper by recycling pre- and post-consumer waste paper, which contributes to protecting natural resources and promotes a sustainability culture.

Energy Management

IPM has implemented numerous energy saving processes throughout its manufacturing facilities, in order to reduce fuel consumption and decrease carbon footprint, such as:

• The installation of new specialized equipment, in order to reduce the load placed on the power grid, by achieving a 92% power factor in its plants.
• The installation of heat recovery boilers on diesel generator exhausts.
  
  
• The modification of high efficient air-to-air heat exchange economizer on paper machine hood.

• The operation of biomass boiler instead of fossil fuel.
